Basic Life Support Course with AED Training - half day

/media/coursedescriptions/library/aed-course.jpgThe 4hr Basic Life Support course with Automated External Defibrillator (AED) training is ideal if you need to:

  • Renew your CPR certificate
  • Attend an annual CPR refresher course
  • Learn to use a defibrillator (AED)
  • Update or learn Basic Life Support BLS skills

BLS certificates last for 3 years. We can send a trainer to your premises to run an in-house group course or we have an open programme of BLS & AED courses for the public to attend in Central London. You can choose a date and a venue from the list below and book online.

Basic Life Support and Anaphylaxis (Epipen) Training - half day

/media/coursedescriptions/library/epipen.jpgThis 4 hour course is designed for teachers, group leaders, carers, workplace first aiders or anyone else who needs training in how to recognise anaphylaxis and how and when to use an adrenalin auto-injector.

This course will look at the different types of adrenalin auto-injector available in the UK: Epi-pen, Jext and Emerade. You will refresh you CPR skills and learn how to manage an incident where a casualty known to have anaphylaxis is suffering from a severe allergic reaction.
