Fitness Sports First Aid Course - 1 day
The 1-day Fitness Sports First Aid course is a fun and practical first aid qualification designed specifically for people working in sport and fitness. It provides the essential knowledge, practical skills and decision-making confidence needed to respond effectively to incidents during sport and physical activity.
It is specifically designed for Sports Therapists, Personal Trainers, Group Exercise Instructors, Coaches and Fitness Instructors who require more sport-specific first aid training than a one-day Emergency First Aid at Work course provides, but who do not necessarily need a full two-day Pitch-side Sports First Aid qualification. The course also meets the UK Athletics requirements for Category B (EFAW + Sport) first aid training.
There are no pre-requisites for attending this course.

Emergency First Aid at Work - 1 day
The 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course is designed for the needs of small to medium sized, low hazard workplaces, like offices. It is also suitable for individuals wanting a short first aid course which will cover all of the essential life saving first aid techniques or to renew CPR certification.
CPR is taught according to the current UK Resuscitation Council Adult BLS guidelines. Certificates are RQF Level 3 and are valid for 3 years.

After 6 years as a CIMSPA Education Partner, we have decided not to renew our CIMSPA partnership and endorsements. Instead, we plan to expand our links across the sport and fitness sectors while continuing to develop our specialist training.
