Fitness Sports First Aid Course - 1 day
The 1 day Fitness Sports First Aid course is a fun and practical introduction to first aid in a sports environment giving essential knowledge, skills and decision making processes for all sports first aiders in this sector.
It is specifically designed to meet the needs of Sports Therapists, Group Exercise Instructors, Coaches and Fitness Instructors who don't necessarily require a full 2 day Pitch-side Sports First Aid course or for whom the one day Emergency First Aid at Work course doesn't quite fit their needs. The course is CIMSPA Endorsed CPD. and meets the UK Athletics requirements for category B (EFAW + sport) first aid training.
There are no pre-requisites to attend this course.

Emergency First Aid at Work - 1 day
The 1 day Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course is designed for the needs of small to medium sized, low hazard workplaces, like offices. It is also suitable for individuals wanting a short first aid course which will cover all of the essential life saving first aid techniques or to renew CPR certification. The course is CIMSPA Endorsed CPD.
CPR is taught according to the current UK Resuscitation Council Adult BLS guidelines. Certificates are RQF Level 3 and are valid for 3 years.

First Aid Tips
The Scouting Association has extra first aid requirements for leaders. While our Level 3 Award in Outdoor First Aid covers core skills, including child CPR, scout leaders also need awareness of meningitis, sepsis, and dental emergencies. We provide factsheets, an online test, and a supplementary certificate to meet these requirements.
