Jack Griffiths

Jack holds the Mountain Instructor Award (MIA) and is a very keen mountaineer and rock climber. He has spent time climbing and mountaineering in extremely remote and hazardous places and regularly leads groups into challenging environments. When at home he spends most of his time coaching in major London climbing walls and developing his first aid knowledge and skills. Jack has a laid back, encouraging style and a genuine love for teaching these basic but essential life skills.
