Paediatric First Aid For Schools - Early Years First Aid Training
The Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage produced by the Department for Children, Schools and Families requires that from September 2008 there is a statutory duty that all schools with Year R classes must have at least one person who has a current paediatric first aid certificate on the premises at all times. There must be at least one person on outings who has a current paediatric first aid certificate".The paediatric first aid course is a 12 hour course normally carried out over two days.
